Development of a self-propelled pipe inspection tool that moves inside the smallest pipes of the Thermal Shield of the ITER machine to localize vacuum leaks. This project is unique and was developed within the Vacuum Section and an external R&D institute in Scotland.

Test and development of a compression tool to provide maintenance for the bellows and flanges near the Vacuum Cryolines of the ITER project. The tool was designed to compress the bellow to release the flange in remote, avoiding any manned maintenance. This tool was developed together with the RACE-UKAEA agency in Oxford.

Despite I have worked directly in the creation of all the models shown here, all the pictures belong to the ITER project.
